How Do I Set Up a Subscription

If you need to update your address on your account, please ensure this is done before your payment is processed. In case you need to make changes afterward, kindly reach out to us to specify the preferred delivery address for your box. Contact us at if you have any doubts or require assistance. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for inaccurate shipping addresses, so don't hesitate to get in touch if you need clarification.

Will My Subscription Box Contain Receipts/Prices?

We do not include any invoices/prices/order details within your subscription box - this is sent to the purchasers email.

How Long is Shipping?

The shipping times are based on the subscription or order placement date. For example, if you subscribe to our monthly box today, please note that we operate a month in arrears. This means that subscriptions placed in April will be shipped on the first day of May. If you need clarification or assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at, and we'll gladly assist you.

How do the Subscription Payments Work?

Your subscription is set to automatic billing, and we will continue sending out your subscription until you request otherwise. The first payment will be processed on the day you subscribe, and your first box will arrive in the first week of the following month after payment. For instance, if you subscribe on April 11th, your first box will arrive at the beginning of May. Subsequent monthly payments will be charged on the same day you subscribed; for example, if you subscribe on the 11th, subsequent payments will occur on the 11th of each month.

How Can I Manage My Subscription?

While we're confident you'll enjoy Freedom Pieces, we understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel or pause your subscription for any reason, please reach out to us at

Please keep in mind that to avoid being billed and receiving the next box, you must notify us at least 3 working days before your direct debit date if you wish to cancel your subscription.

What Size of Box Do My Sets Come In?

At present, our subscription boxes and one-off order boxes are not designed to fit through a standard letterbox. However, we're actively working on developing a more letterbox-friendly solution as we grow.

Shipping (UK & Worldwide)

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number so you can anticipate its arrival.

For one-off orders: Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. While we strive to ensure timely delivery within the stated timeframes, please be aware that external factors beyond our control, such as courier strikes, bank holidays, and seasonal delays, may impact delivery times. Please note that these delivery times are approximate estimates and not guaranteed.

Subscription boxes typically take around 3-5 days to reach your address.

Please be aware that international orders may take up to 14 days to arrive. Additionally, customers in Europe may be subject to additional local charges (customs fees) following the UK's departure from the European Union on January 1, 2021. It's advisable to check with your local customs authorities regarding any potential fees. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient and we are not liable for them.

Some countries may experience delays of 2+ weeks due to customs clearance processes. Please note that delays of this nature do not qualify for a refund. If your order is delayed in customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the relevant authorities.

Will I Need To Pay Customs Duty?

Recipients are responsible for any customs charges incurred on items shipped internationally, whether due to their value or nature. We cannot accept liability for these charges, as they are determined by the customs authorities in the recipient's country and can vary significantly from shipment to shipment

My Lingerie Has Arrived Damaged - Help?

Although we strive for every item to reach you in pristine condition, we recognize that damage can occur during the postage process. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at, providing supporting images and detailed information. This will allow us to promptly arrange a replacement for you. Please refrain from disposing of any damaged items until we have resolved the issue.

I'm Missing Something From My Set

If you find that anything is missing from your box, please reach out to us via email without delay, and we'll make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. At Freedom Pieces, we adhere to a rigorous packing process, but in the rare event of a missing or damaged item, please notify us within 14 days. This timeframe allows us to address the matter swiftly. Unfortunately, we cannot conduct a satisfactory investigation for issues reported after 14 days.
